Notice Regarding Receipt of Dividends from Consolidated Subsidiary

TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. hereby announces that it has received dividends detailed below from its consolidated subsidiaries, TechnoPro, Inc. and TechnoPro Construction, Inc.

2. Impact on Financial Results
As a result of the receipt of the dividends described above, TechnoPro Holdings, Inc. will recognize the sales of 16,300 million yen in its non-consolidated financial results* for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
There will be no impact on the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, as the dividends are from a consolidated subsidiary.
* TechnoPro Holdings, Inc.’ non-consolidated financial results are prepared in accordance with Japanese GAAP
